How much does white-glove service cost?

When you book through Luxespace, you receive exclusive discounts and guaranteed upfront pricing on white-glove assembly services, typically 20-30% lower than the national average. On average, assembly services range from $20 to $300, depending on project size, item quantity, and location.

Simply add the service at checkout, or if you prefer to book later, you can do so here. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive all the service details, including the scheduled date and time. Our skilled assemblers will arrive equipped with all the necessary tools to complete your assembly and installation efficiently.

How does payment work?

If you choose to schedule the service after your initial booking, you can do so here. Once scheduled, our team will review your request and provide a customized service quote within 24 hours. An invoice will then be sent to your email.

Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to confirm your booking. If you need to reschedule, you can do so at no cost using the link in your booking confirmation email.

For cancellations, a $15 fee applies if canceled the day before the scheduled service, and a $50 fee applies for same-day cancellations.

Can I have old furniture removed after assembling new furniture?

Yes, we offer full-service junk removal for an additional fee per item. During your scheduled assembly service, our Loaders can haul away items you’re replacing or no longer need. Plus, the more items you add, the more you save.

We prioritize donation and recycling whenever possible, aiming to minimize landfill waste and make disposal our last resort.

How can I schedule white-glove service?

When booking online, you can conveniently add the service at checkout or schedule it later by providing your order number, preferred date and time, and any additional information requested.

If you book directly from your cart, you have the option to select your preferred service time, or we can arrange it once shipping details are confirmed and coordinate with you to align the service with your delivery timeline.

Our dedicated team will manage your booking, keeping you informed of any changes, delays, or early arrivals. You can make adjustments to your service at any time to accommodate your needs, including same-day changes until 12 PM.

What is NOT included with my assembly?

Our assemblers cannot install items that require connection to electricity, gas, plumbing, or rooftops. Additionally, we do not provide permanent installation services, such as attaching items to walls or floors or securing them into concrete or the ground.
